Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities, without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment(s) (hardware & software).

How you will contribute

You will:

Develop and implement Asset reliability (AR) strategy for the plant ensuring cost-effective implementation of the new ways of work and principlesImplement standardized best practice processes and systems to optimize PM strategies across the plant: Definition of maintenance strategies; Cost reduction and spare parts optimization; Consistent roll-out of PM steps 3,4,5; Master data management and update; Introduction of IL6S tools to support maintenance; Ensure legal, quality and safety complianceDevelop and monitor KPIs and KAIs for the plant AR in conjunction with MEU TowerSupport plant to right-size their Maintenance and Repair (M&R) organizationPerform small group activities (SGA) on the critical line equipment utilizing subject matter experts to develop CIL’s, CL’s, PM’s, and Trainings for technicians and operatorsBreakdown analysis and actions implementation to improve the lines performance, MTBF and MTTREnable and facilitate PM to AM transferCreate the shutdown schedules and scopes of work for PM activity windows

What you will bring

Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standardsAn Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise,  Spare parts management, SAP PM module end user knowledge, Technology & Engineering automation basics.Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building
