Le rôle exige que le candidat agisse en tant que planificateur stratégique spécifique au marché, prenant des décisions importantes pour garantir la disponibilité des produits afin de soutenir les besoins de location et de vente au sein de l'organisation Leaseco.

Responsabilités

Coordonner étroitement avec l'équipe de location et le planificateur de maintenance de chaque marché pour organiser les activités de maintenance une fois le moteur reçu.Exécuter la stratégie de maintenance avec la base de fournisseurs pertinente et prévoir les calendriers de maintenance pour des événements plus longs et complexes.Participer à l'aspect vente en reconstruisant/remettant à neuf des moteurs dans l'inventaire pour les revendre.Être responsable de la maintenance d'un marché spécifique (PT6, Turbine à arbre, APU) avec environ 20 à 30 événements de maintenance en cours et une légère maintenance sur environ 10 à 15 moteurs.Travailler principalement via emails, SAP, Outlook et Excel.Identifier les optimisations de coûts en tant que planificateur de maintenance.

1-3 ans d'expérience en planification, gestion de projet, planification des horairesDiplômé en Logistique, Gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, Achats, Opérations, Finance, BCOM, Ingénierie industrielle/mécaniqueBilingue en français et anglais (Dominance en anglais acceptable)

Job Title: Strategic Planner

Job Description

The role requires the candidate to act as a market-specific Strategic Planner, making important decisions to ensure product availability to support rental and sales needs within the Leaseco organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate closely with the rental team and the maintenance planner for each market to organize maintenance activities once the engine is received.Execute the maintenance strategy with the relevant supplier base and forecast maintenance schedules for longer, more complex events.Engage in the sales aspect by rebuilding/refurbishing engines in the inventory for resale.Be responsible for the maintenance of a specific market (PT6, Turboshaft, APU) with approximately 20 to 30 maintenance events in progress and light maintenance on roughly 10 to 15 engines.Work primarily through emails, SAP, Outlook, and Excel.Identify cost optimizations as the maintenance planner.

Essential Skills

1-3 years of experience in planning, project management, schedulingNew graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Finance, BCOM, Industrial/Mechanical EngineeringBilingual in French and English (Dominant English language considered)

Additional Skills and Qualifications

Internship in Aerospace (Former BA or Pratt intern)Project management experienceDemonstrated leadership experience
