Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development of ride and handling performance for sports car models, and planning/design/development of related systems (suspension, tires, steering, chassis electronic control systems, etc.);
2. Responsible for benchmarking and design transformation of ride & handling performance benchmark vehicles;
3. Responsible for guiding the planning of ride & handling performance solutions, and improving simulation and design development capabilities;
4. Responsible for improving the system of ride & handling performance design methods and development processes.
5. Leading the resolution of comprehensive ride & handling performance issues.
6. Serving as a technical mentor, guiding team members to improve their professional skills and promoting the overall engineering capabilities of the team.
Qualifications
1. Over 15 years of experience in dynamic performance development;
2. Experience in dynamic performance development with European OEMs (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Ferrari, etc.) and design companies;
3. Proficient in vehicle dynamics theory, related component structure, design, and electronic control calibration;
4. Ability to guide the design, simulation, and problem-solving processes during handling and ride comfort development;
5. Experience in designing and developing the handling and ride comfort performance of at least three different market models.
