What the day will look like
+ As their primary role, markets the more straight-forward placements to a variety of insurance carriers. Works closely with Client Managers & Executives and other members of the client facing team to understand client’s needs.
+ With minimal guidance and supervision, identifies and analyzes client exposures and determines which markets to utilize, ensuring thorough evaluation of qualified companies in the marketplace.
+ Provides alternative options and/or design risk transfer/financing products for presentation to the client.
+ Builds and maintains a working knowledge of available structured portfolio solutions (SPS) and utilizes these whenever appropriate based on client need.
+ Work directly with the underwriter using carrier forms or prescribed Aon forms, obtains the most appropriate carrier coverage.
+ Learning to build relationships with insurance carriers.
+ Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

+ Able to adapt broader policies & programs to meet the organizations business needs.
+ Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities Interaction: Decisions require the application of discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate action.Should have latitude to consider whether new procedures need to be developed.
+ Builds productive working relationships with peers and higher-level professionals internally and externally to exchange information and make recommendations.Requires the ability to work independently with general instruction and the ability to prioritize and organize work.May provide guidance and training to process-oriented workers.
