**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate pit loader equipment to safely and efficiently load raw materials
+ Monitor material quality and communicate any inconsistencies to supervisors
+ Perform basic equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
+ Assist with stockpile management and site cleanup as needed
+ Follow site safety protocols and report hazards immediately
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Skilled in operating heavy equipment with focus on safety and efficiency
+ Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
+ Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production demands
+ Physically capable of working in demanding outdoor conditions
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
