This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in a full-time contract role based in Lingen, Germany, where your contributions will directly impact project success.

Role Overview

Supervise and coordinate all piping and mechanical site activities, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards. Monitor subcontractors and field crews to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and work procedures. Oversee installation of piping systems, pressure vessels, pumps, compressors, and associated mechanical components. Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks to enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture. Conduct daily coordination meetings with the supervisors team, contractors, and client. Chair weekly progress meetings with the PM subcontractor. Ensure welding, testing, and flushing activities are carried out as per codes and project requirements. Maintain field documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material tracking logs. Liaise with project engineers, QA/QC personnel, and clients to resolve site issues and clarify design details. Monitor material availability and coordinate with logistics and procurement to avoid work disruptions. Support mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and handover activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical expertise in piping systems and mechanical equipment installation. Knowledge of welding processes. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices. Proven ability to manage field teams and subcontractors on large industrial projects. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Education & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Fluent in German and English language. Minimum 3 years of experience in a superintendent or construction management role.
