We are currently recruiting for a Pipeline Technologies Project Manager to be based in Paris. This position is offered on a 12-month (extendable) contract and focuses on managing technical, operational, and regulatory aspects of pipeline projects.

Responsibilities Lead and coordinate project planning, preparation, and execution activities Oversee operations related to welding, NDT, and Field Joint Coating (FJC) Manage interdisciplinary project teams and ensure clear communication across stakeholders Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and client requirements Supervise operations readiness and ensure project milestones are met Conduct technical oversight and problem-solving throughout project phases Interface with internal departments, subcontractors, and engineering specialists Support HSE protocols and contribute to risk management strategies Skills / Qualifications Senior Engineer with a background in welding, FJC, NDT, pipeline equipment, or related operational disciplines Minimum 10 years of project management experience in pipeline or energy projects Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory; French is a plus Familiarity with project management methodologies and field operations Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with proven problem-solving abilities BOSIET certification (OPITO-approved) and valid MFC required prior to assignment start The Next Step
