Airswift is looking for a Pipeline Program Scheduler in Longmont, CO on a 12-month contract

Schedule: 5/40 – hybrid

Responsibilities:

Tracking 300+ small projects ($200K to 2 Mil) Prepare an efficient Baseline Schedule and maintain knowledge of all key program milestones. Maintains program crew resource loading Assists with asset-wide schedule layout coding Conducts weekly update meetings with PMs Assist to identify and resolve all issues in normal project lifecycle and manage all communication for all schedule disruption Provides schedule analysis when identified baseline and critical path variances, risk exposure, delay impact, and as-built project analysis Provides an array of schedule layouts to meet the needs of many customers Bi-weekly schedule submittal Coordinates with all stakeholders from planning through commissioning Reviews work for technical accuracy and adequacy. Schedules meetings with all project stakeholders Reports to PMO Management serving project managers
