Job Title: Pipe Foreman
Job Description
The Pipe Foreman will be in charge of the pipe crew, managing operators, pipelayers, and laborers. You will be responsible for locating underground services such as pipes and wires before beginning work and assisting equipment operators in the placement of pipes. You will direct equipment operators with hand signals and backfill around pipes using hand tools. Additionally, you will set up and work with pipe lasers and transits, locate and mark the correct position of pipes and fittings in an underground trench, and assemble and install valves, fittings, and pipes composed of metal, PVC, ductile, and concrete.
Responsibilities

1-3 years of foreman experience installing large diameter pipes for water, sewer, and storm drain.Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and specifications to determine work procedures.Ability to work on feet for an entire day and perform assigned tasks.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in pipe laying and underground utilities.Skills in using pipe lasers and transits.Familiarity with heavy equipment operation.Why Work Here?
