Summary: Seeking a Pipe Stress Engineer to perform stress analyses and ensure code compliance in power generation facilities.

Requirements:

BS in Mechanical or Civil Engineering from ABET accredited university 2-5 years piping/mechanical design experience with focus on pipe stress analysis Knowledge of ME101, AutoPIPE, SuperPipe, AutoCAD, Laser Scanning, GTStrudl preferred Professional Engineering License preferred Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

Design and analyze changes to existing power plants and new plant systems Perform calculations, develop isometrics, provide design recommendations and change packages Lead design engineering efforts on multi-disciplined project teams Provide technical support for field execution including outage/turnaround projects Assist in constructability planning, proposal, and estimate development Mentor junior engineers

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
