**_Pipe Layer_** **$21.00 – $24.00/hour** Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Pipe Layers** for commercial projects in the **Hampstead, MD** area. The pay range is **$21.00 – $24.00** per hour based on experience. All **Pipe Layers** are scheduled **40+ hours a week** . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** for all employees with **no week in the hole** and optional **direct deposit** . **Ultimate Job Duties** + Install, align, and connect underground utilities including water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems + Interpret blueprints and construction documents for pipe layout + Operate lasers and leveling equipment for trench grading and alignment + Excavate and prepare trenches in compliance with OSHA safety guidelines + Cut and fit pipe sections to required lengths and angles + Backfill and compact soil around installed pipes + Lead or coordinate with crew members to ensure quality and safety + Handle and position heavy pipe segments using approved rigging methods + Follow all site safety rules and PPE requirements + Comply with confined space entry protocols + Perform other related duties as assigned **Ultimate Trade Requirements** + Minimum 2 years of experience in utility installation or pipe laying + Knowledge of OSHA construction safety practices (e.g., 29 CFR 1926 Subpart P) + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes + Familiarity with various pipe materials (PVC, ductile iron, concrete, HDPE) + Excellent communication and teamwork skills + Reliable transportation + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 90 lbs frequently; up to 150 lbs with assistance + Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet and in confined spaces + **Drug Test Required** + **Background Check Required** **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC** + Weekly pay with Direct Deposit + Health Insurance + Dental and Vision Coverage + 401(k) + Paid Time Off + Referral Bonus Program + Pay Increase Based on Quality of Craftsmanship + Tool Purchase Program + PPE Reimbursement Program + Paid OSHA Training + Long-Term Work + ID Theft Protection
