Shop: $20.00/hr Field: $25.00/hr (with potential for increases based on performance)

   Key Responsibilities / What You’ll Do Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise pipe fitting tasks Perform shop and field work with flexibility to travel as needed Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines Maintain safety and quality standards in all work environments Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic daily   Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Minimum 2 years of pipe fitting experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints Willingness to travel for field assignments Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-to-Have
