**Welder / Pipefitter** **Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring a skilled **Welder / Pipefitter** for an industrial project in **Florence, KY** . Pay range is **$25–$32 per hour** based on experience. All trades are scheduled for **40+ hours per week** . We are looking for experienced craftsmen to join our team of dedicated, safe, and productive professionals. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly pay** with no week held back and **optional direct deposit** . **Ultimate Job Duties** + Fabrication and installation of **2” Schedule 10 304L stainless steel butt-welded pipe** and fittings with lap joint flanges. + Replacement of existing **2” flanged pipe spools** in pipe racks (removing sections with pinhole leaks). + Rerouting and installing a new **2” stainless wastewater line** with butt-welded pipe and lap joint flanges. + Demolition of existing 2” stainless steel lines being replaced. + Perform layout, cutting, and TIG welding to spec. + Maintain safety and quality standards in an active industrial facility. **Ultimate Trade Requirements** + **3+ years** of welding/pipefitting experience (TIG welding required). + Must be fully tooled to perform the trade, including but not limited to TIG Welding Machine & Setup, dimensional pipe layout tools, porta band, purging kit, pipe chain vise tripod, hoists, wrenches, ratches, socket sets, wire brushes, etc. + Familiarity with stainless steel piping and butt-weld systems. + Ability to read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, and field measurements. + Must be able to regularly stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance. + **Appropriate PPE required:** Hard hat, high-visibility vest, steel/composite toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection. + Reliable transportation to **Florence, KY** **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC** + Weekly pay via direct deposit + Health, dental, and vision insurance + 401k + Paid time off + Referral bonus program + Pay increases based on quality craftsmanship + Tool purchase program + PPE reimbursement program + Paid OSHA training + Long-term project opportunities + ID theft protection
