Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Pilot Plant Mechanic to support the Research Pilot Plant operations for one of our large Food & Beverage Manufacturing clients in Bridgewater, NJ. This facility serves as the innovation hub, enabling small-scale production trials and process validation before full-scale manufacturing. The mechanic will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting packaging, processing, and batching equipment within a GMP-regulated environment. Theyll be expected to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance on all packaging and processing machinery. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in food & beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or CPG industries  Proficiency in packaging, processing, and batching equipmentprimarily mechanical, with some electrical exposure  Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform preventive and reactive maintenance  Ability to read and interpret P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) and technical manuals or schematics Experience with aseptic manufacturing equipment  Familiarity with welding equipment and drill presses null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
