KNOWLEDGE: + Knowledge and piloting experience to safely operate a single-engine and multi-engine turbine jet airplane in complex airspaces and varying weather conditions + Knowledge of the principles and concepts of aviation and flight operation, safety, and risk management + Knowledge of how to interact with other personnel to assist in smoothly operating the flight department + Knowledge of IFR/VFR rules and regulations and how to apply them to flight planning + Knowledge of professional aviation publications, to include Federal Aviation Regulations, Aeronautical Information Manual, Air Traffic Control procedures, and state policies MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 0-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Piloting) Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Pilot's License consisting of a commercial certificate with instrument rating for airplane (single and multi-engine rating) with 2000 hours total flying time, 1000 hours fixed-wing aircraft time, 750 hours flying as pilot-in-command, 250 hours flying multi-engine airplane, 100 hours of night flying and 100 hours of actual or simulated instrument flying of which 50 hours must be in actual flight and have a first-class Medical Certificate.
