The following position is to join our **RTX Corporate** team:
RTX Corporation has an exciting opportunity open for a professional Pilot, Executive Transport in Flight Operations who performs the duties of Pilot on RTFlight owned or leased aircraft in the transportation of RTX personnel and customers. This position is based in Cedar Rapids, IA (KCID).
**What You Will Do**
+ Perform the duties of pilot on RTFlight owned or leased aircraft, to transport passengers, material, or the aircraft itself. Maintain situational awareness at all times. Exercise good judgment when making in-flight and on the ground decisions.
+ Safely execute all flights by utilizing professional flying and flight planning skills in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration, and the policies and procedures of RTFlight.
+ Utilize Crew Resource Management skills to ensure that all available resources are used, including checklists, instrumentation, other crewmembers, ATC, etc. Regularly review and maintain a thorough knowledge of aircraft systems, flight procedures, SOPs, FARs and ICAO regulations. Maintain proficiency in other disciplines (i.e., Meteorology) necessary for safe planning and execution of the trip. Maintain flight currency requirements at all times.
+ Ensures the safety of the passengers and aircraft.
+ Successfully participate in and apply learning from company sponsored training.
+ Implement and maintain all processes within span of control in accordance with current ISBAO requirements.
+ Ensure that all activities are in compliance with all appropriate RTX and Government EH&S and Ethics policies and guidelines.
+ Perform additional tasks and acquire varying responsibilities as appropriate.
+ Travel worldwide without restriction
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ A Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating and a minimum of 1500 hours pilot flight in the Airplane Category is required
+ Holds a First-Class Medical Certificate
+ Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
+ Experience in Falcon 2000LXS (DA2-EASy) aircraft
+ Experience in corporate/business aviation operations
+ At least 500 hours in turbine multi-engine airplanes

**Work Location:** All RTFlight pilots must maintain their primary residence within one hour driving distance of their assigned base of operations. This position is domiciled at **Cedar Rapids, IA (KCID** ).

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
