We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pickleball professional to deliver exceptional instruction and customer service. This role involves leading a variety of programs, including junior development, private and group lessons, clinics, and special events. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a commitment to creating a fun and engaging environment for players of all ages and skill levels.

• Deliver an exceptional Pickleball experience through high-quality instruction and outstanding customer service
• Responsibilities include teaching a variety of programs such as junior classes, private lessons, clinics, and special events
• Provides beginning through advanced instruction (private and group) for all levels of players
• Assists in the promotion of and conducting Pickleball clinics, private lessons, special events and programs to attract and maintain members’/guests’ Pickleball interests
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive Pickleball lessons and programs to ensure students develop along a pathway that will encourage continued involvement in tennis
• Assists in supervising play
• Ensure students understand rules, scoring procedures, safety rules and etiquette
• Enforces all club rules and regulations governing the use of the club/facility, its equipment and other property
• Quickly and efficiently responds to member/guest questions, comments, and concerns
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
• Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism
• Performs other duties as required
• Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks, hears, reaches with hands and arms, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls
• Occasionally sits
• Regularly lifts up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds
• Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions
