**Picker/Packer** **Location:** Middletown, CT **Pay Rate:** $17–$20/hour **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | Full-Time | 1st or 2nd Shift (based on business needs) **Position Summary:** We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves accurately picking products from inventory, packing them for shipment, and ensuring all outgoing orders meet quality and accuracy standards. It’s a key position in maintaining smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** + Pick items from shelves based on order specifications + Carefully pack products for shipping using appropriate materials + Label packages and prepare them for shipment + Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area + Assist with restocking shelves and inventory rotation as needed + Use handheld scanners or basic systems to log orders and track inventory + Follow all safety procedures and company policies **Skills & Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Prior warehouse, order fulfillment, or packing experience a plus + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods + Able to lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed + Good communication and basic computer or scanner use skills + Team-oriented with a positive attitude **Work Environment:** This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where reliability and accuracy are critical.
