Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Picker/Packer. The core hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm. The hourly rate for this position is 18.22/hour per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** The Picker/Packer is responsible for support distribution by ensuring quality items are shipped to the customer in a timely manner. The Picker/Packer will interact closely with our automated system Autostore to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and optimize order fulfillment processes. + Receive and put away incoming products with our cutting-edge AutoStore system to locate and select finished goods for processing customer orders + Operate warehouse picking, cycle counting, and put away by interfacing with automated equipment + Locate and select finished goods to process customer orders + Climb ladders, use barcode scanners, touchscreen, and keyboards on computers to complete inventory transactions + Special labeling, and palletizing finished goods for transport + Perform dunnage operations as needed + Receive and put away incoming product + Stage cardboard boxes + Perform pallet-jack operations + Responsible for quality of own work. Perform waste and material management activities in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements + Keep work area clean and orderly in accordance to Eaton’s 5-S procedures. Follow all safety protocols and practices + Works in a team-based environment to meet Bussmann business objectives **Qualifications:** **Required (Basic) Qualifications:** + High School diploma or GED required from an accredited institution. + No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
