**Job Title: Picker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Packer on the 2nd shift from 12pm-8:30pm. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are key. **Responsibilities** + Pick products using an RF Scanner. + Perform inventory counts and cycle counts. + Review and interpret pick sheets and order sheets. + Verify the accuracy of all picks. + Prepare products for shipment. + Move materials throughout the facility using various equipment. + Pack items efficiently and safely. + Handle heavy lifting of up to 50 pounds or more. **Essential Skills** + Experience with RF scanners and order picking. + At least 6 months of warehouse experience. + Ability to perform cycle counts and inventory management. + High School Diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation experience is advantageous. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a supportive and engaging culture, where teamwork is valued, and employees often refer others to work here, indicating high satisfaction. The warehouse is divided into six major departments: ITAD, Integration Lab, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Special Projects. Typically, there are two shifts, but a third shift may be added during peak seasons to accommodate increased workload. The atmosphere is collaborative, with a focus on efficiency and safety. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carol Stream, IL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
