Job Description

This position is responsible for various warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, mailing, processing return items, cleaning equipment, warehouse housekeeping, and transferring supplies. The role requires the ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them independently while maintaining HIPAA and patient confidentiality. Compliance with laws, regulations, and policies is mandatory and part of job performance.

ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and inventory control.Handle mailing, processing return items, and transferring supplies.Perform warehouse housekeeping and equipment cleaning.Maintain HIPAA and patient confidentiality.Switch between different tasks daily depending on operational needs.Stand for extended periods and be prepared to lift at least 50 pounds.Pack products weighing 5-10 pounds into boxes repetitively throughout the shift.Achieve metrics of packaging approximately 300 packages per shift.Essential SkillsMechanical inclination and computer literacy.Experience with picking, forklift, RF scanner, and order picking.Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.Additional Skills & QualificationsCapability to lift at least 50 pounds.Experience in warehouse distribution, production, and packing.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a clean warehouse environment without extreme temperatures. The standard shift is from 6:50 am to 4:00 pm, with flexibility to start at 6:30 am or 7:00 am and finish earlier at 3:30 pm if working at the new facility.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Asheville, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
