Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Pick/Pack Operator to join our team in Walnut Ridge, United States. As a Pick/Pack Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment for our customers.

Retrieve items from inventory based on order specificationsPack orders accurately and efficiently, following company guidelinesOperate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forkliftsMaintain a clean and organized work areaPerform quality checks to ensure order accuracyUpdate inventory records in the warehouse management systemCollaborate with team members to meet daily production goalsAdhere to all safety protocols and proceduresAssist in cycle counts and inventory management tasks as needed

QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferredProficiency in warehouse management systemsAbility to operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forkliftsForklift certification preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPhysical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyBasic computer skills for data entry and inventory managementExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesFlexibility to work various shifts as requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy

The U.S. base hourly rate range for this full-time position is $16.30 to $18.96. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
