Job Details PI Specialist-RN RESPONSIBILITIES: Collects, reviews, analyzes and documents all quality issues. Develops tools and methodologies for quality assessment and data collection. Collaborates with physicians, nursing, ancillary departments, risk management, patient advocate and hospital committees to assure continuity of Performance Improvement data collection, assessment and follow-up on identified quality issues. Chart reviews for mortalities, readmissions, quality issues, peer review, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree preferred Quality management experience preferred Required to pursue an ongoing education, professional certification as appropriate Salary Range USD $52.50 - USD $61.73 /Yr.
