Basic Function Act as a Payroll SME and provide guidance to the team in understanding payroll concepts including statutory regulations in US payroll Responsible for writing functional requirements Work with Product Team to build awareness and understanding through blogs, external presentations, volunteer groups. Strong verbal communications, cross-group collaboration skills, analytical, structured and strategic thinking. Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment Min Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering or masters in business or equivalent 10+ years of Payroll SME/Functional Analyst Solid understanding of the end to end business processes of the US payroll area such as Federal and State Regulations,Integrations and Interfaces including Tax Filing, Tax Remittance and Money Movement. Comprehensive knowledge of all regulatory tax and administrative needs for a payroll system. . Experiance with Gen AI/Prompt engineering/LLMs for gathering Functional Requirements Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization. Preferred Qualifications Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) / Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Any other payroll certifications Ability to analyze payroll data to validate statutory accuracy. . Knowledge on product design is an added advantage
