Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
CPR and First Aid
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatric, rehabilitation, or transitional care setting
Demonstrated leadership experience or interest in professional practice development
Strong knowledge of physiotherapy assessment tools, treatment techniques, and discharge planning processes
Commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and patient-centered care
Experience working within interdisciplinary teams and supporting patients transitions across care sectors
Valid driver’s license
Current criminal reference check and vulnerable sector screen
