You Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Providing physiotherapy assessments, diagnosis and treatment to a wide range of clients requiring the services of a physiotherapist as referred by clinicians
Assist in managing the workplace rehabilitation program for patients
Maintain up-to-date physiotherapy records in line with professional standards
Liaise with other health care professions to provide optimum management of patients
Carry out pre-employment functional assessment of all prospective employees on a task-specific requirement.
To be considered for this position, the applicant must have the following:
Grade 12 certificate
Degree in physiotherapy from a reputable training institution
Minimum 3 years clinical experienceGood written and oral communication skills in English
Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office packages such as excelStrong report writing and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to lead a team safely and improve team safety awarenessHigh level understanding of all relevant legislation affecting the employment and safety of persons in the mining industry in ZambiaDemonstrated ability and propensity for continuous improvement.What We Can Offer You:
