Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, marketing or a related area of graduate study preferred. + **Licensure:** Credentials as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter or Certified Medical Staff Coordinator is desired. + **Experience:** 3 – 5 years' experience in healthcare, of which at least 1 year in physician services, physician recruitment and/or physician practice management.
