Physician Outreach Manager

Description:

RESPONSIBLE FOR:
This position will be responsible for leading physician outreach strategy, planning and implementation across all specialty service lines in the dedicated region. This includes this includes supporting a team of territory outreach personnel and understand and leverage data and technology to achieve service line and hospital referral goals and volume objectives. They will create and lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing and referral business plan that will achieve referral goals of identified services lines and entities.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Five (5) years of experience demonstrating industry expertise driving strategic analytical and tactical capabilities to deliver sales/referral results in complex environments.

MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:
None.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience or familiarity with market and physician data, analytical tools and technology platforms.
