Mature, diverse, and collegial practice with department of 5 Optometrists and 6 Ophthalmologists, including sub-specialists in Cornea, Pediatrics, Glaucoma, and Retina. Access to LipiFlow, OCT, LASIK/PRK onsite in a state-of-the-art facilityOutreach to Essentia Health-VirginiaMedical facility-based optometry practiceMonday-Friday day hours

Licensed in MN & WIResidency or equivalent experience required

COMPENSATION

$173,000   Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
