Physician - Interventional Pain - North Muskegon, MI

The Corewell Health Spine Center is growing to add a new location in North Muskegon beginning with an ACGME fellowship trained interventional pain physician.  This new practice will be an extension of the productive, cutting edge group of physicians, surgeons, psychologists and APPs in Grand Rapids. 

 

Opportunity Highlights:

4 day work week - no weekends

Large referral base

Support for Botox and ultrasound guided procedures

Epic electronic medical record

Qualifications:

MD or DO

BC/BE Anesthesia or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation 

BC/BE Interventional Pain

Medical license in the State of Michigan (or ability to obtain)

Required Doctorate

LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or

LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or

CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required

CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
