PRACTICE SPECIFICS

Looking for a strong, patient-centered, team player with a desire to serve in a learning/teaching environment that will do broad-spectrum Family Medicine; OB is required, C-Sections are optionalDesire someone that loves the small-town atmosphere and a commitment to work/life balanceIf this is you, join a current team of 5 Physicians, 4 APC’s and Additional StaffAdmit to adjacent Hayward Area Memorial Hospital:  25-bed, critical access hospitalOutpatient and Inpatient PracticeOn site lab, pharmacy & X-ray Patient volume: 14-21 per day in the clinicCurrent practice of 1 DO’s and 4 MD’sRound at the local nursing homeCall is shared with other clinics in town, schedule is approx. 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend a month (shared with a colleague)Hospital has 24-hour ER coverage

73 miles from Duluth, MN; 140 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul Service area:  8,000 in the winter months; 24,000 in the summer months                                     Hayward population:  7,000World class outdoor experiences!

COMPENSATION

$323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
