Weeknight call 1:10.Multi-specialty group that consists of FP, IM and NP/PA’sFull time PharmD available for medication therapy managementOnsite Behavioral Health and Adult Partial Hospitalization ProgramMany outreach specialists including Ophthalmology, ENT, Audiology, OBGYN, Diabetes, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Pulmonology, Pain Management, Orthopedic Med, Podiatry, Cardiology, Tobacco Cessation, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, Pediatrics, and Dermatology all on-site as well as others available at the main campus in DuluthEPIC (electronic medical records) in clinic and hospitalAdmit to St. Mary's Hospital-Superior, a 25-bed CAH facility with transitional care services. ER physicians staff the ED, along with a PA who staffs the Fast Track ER. Transfers complex cases to St. Mary's Medical Center, 330 bed facility (7 miles from clinic) with Level 1 Trauma designationUrgent Care – staffed 7 days a week with NP/PA providersPhysician led, professionally managed organization with great team environmentCompetitive Salary and Benefit Package including malpractice and tail coverageMinimum 6-weeks’ time off per year

COMPENSATION

$308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
