PRACTICE SPECIFICS

- This is a fantastic opportunity for a physician to play a key role in opening a new clinic!

- Our ideal candidate would be interested in serving as a physician leader, be an energetic team-player and have a love of patients in the Northland.

- Brand new, state of the art, clinic on its way!  Hoping to have construction completed, Dec 2023.

- We are in the process of developing a high-quality, efficient-service model integrating 2 MD’s, 2 APP’s, Clinic Assistants and other support staff.  The model promotes a culture of patient centeredness and staff resilience. 

- Walk-In care, on-site

- Flexible, 0.6-1.0 FTE

- 100% outpatient

- 1:26 telephone call

REQUIREMENTS

- BC/BE in Family Medicine

LOCATION

- Staples, MN, is located 30 minutes West of Brainerd and 2 hours Northwest of Minneapolis

- Staples population: approximately 3,000

- Brainerd Lakes Area population: 65,000; Regional service area: 115,000

COMPENSATION

-$323,400. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
