Responsibilities

Wichita Surgical Specialists, P.A., in partnership with Ascension Via Christi, is currently seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgeon to provide quality surgical care to patients in Wichita, KS, and the surrounding areas.

Join 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons within one of the largest multi-specialty surgical groups in the region with 35 surgeons representing 10 specialties

Broad-scope cardiothoracic practice with the opportunity to perform a variety of cases including coronary bypass, valvular repair/replacement, catheter-based structural heart procedures and general thoracic cases.

 

Highly competitive salary guarantee of $750,000

1:4 Call Schedule, 100% Cardiothoracic Surgery (no peripheral vascular)

 

Academic opportunities to teach both medical students and general surgery residents through an affiliation with the University of Kansas School of Medicine
Requirements

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Required Credential(s):

Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Verified by the Local Credentialing Office.

Education:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
