JOB DESCRIPTION - PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT - PER DIEM WEEKEND – URGENT CARE
The Physician Assistant is a skilled person, qualified academic and clinical education to provide patient services under the supervision of a staff physician both in a clinical office and operating room environment.
For this Per Diem position, the Physician Assistant is expected to request and be available for a minimum of four to five weekend shifts per scheduling period, totaling approximately 48-60 shifts annually. Weekend availability is an essential component of the role and helps ensure consistent patient care across clinical sites.
Education RequirementsMaster's Degree - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
License/Certification RequirementsNew Jersey Physician Assistant & NCCPA certification
American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certification
Special RequirementsSchedule Hours/Days: Per Diem - weekend
