As a Physician Assistant, you will assume responsibility and accountability for comprehensive care, support and education to patients and their families through all aspects of their medical care process. As a Physician Assistant you will: + Participate as a key member of the team to identify and meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. + Utilize a collaborative multi-disciplinary approach to the care of the patient/family serving as an expert practitioner, educator, consultant and researcher. + Maintain responsibility for job performance specifications. + Assume personal accountability for departmental mission, organizational mission and core values. **Job Requirements** In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: + Two years prior experience in surgery (if applicable). + Masters graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program required + PA Certification by N.C.C.P.A. and current mid-level provider license by the state of Colorado required + BLS from the American Heart Association required Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) **Where You'll Work** At CommonSpirit Mountain Region, we believe in the healing power of humanity and serving the common good through our dedicated work and shared mission to celebrate humankindness. **Pay Range** $55.00 - $80.35 /hour We are an equal opportunity employer.
