Atlantic Health is Seeking a Physician Advisor in Summit, New Jersey

Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey's largest non-profit healthcare systems, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Physician Advisor to join our team at Overlook Medical Center, located in Summit, New Jersey. 

As a Physician Advisor at Overlook Medical Center, you will provide clinical direction and leadership to the organization, increasing its ability to produce best practice patient outcomes grounded in quality, legal, ethical, regulatory, and reimbursement parameters. As a peer to physicians and a consultant to Case Management and administration, intervenes when practice patterns or behaviors create disparity between pathway standards, intensity of service, severity of illness, patient and family rights, teamwork, or other issues regarding the stewardship or resources for individual patients and diagnostic populations. 

 

Salary Range: $250,000–$280,000 base salary only; excludes any incentives
