Join a dynamic rehab team where your hands-on care helps patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence. As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you’ll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized treatment plans, track progress, and support patients throughout their recovery journey.
What You’ll Do
Deliver therapeutic exercises and treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
Document patient progress clearly and accurately using standardized assessments.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies.
Collaborate with the care team during treatment planning, discharge preparation, and daily huddles.
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and accreditation readiness.
Maintain therapy equipment and report any issues to ensure a safe environment.
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active PTA license in the State of Indiana
1–2 years in a clinical setting preferred (new grads welcome!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to varying treatment loads and schedules
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
