As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you’ll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver personalized treatment plans, track progress, and support patients throughout their recovery journey. **What You’ll Do** + Deliver therapeutic exercises and treatments as prescribed by the Physical Therapist. + Document patient progress clearly and accurately using standardized assessments. + Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies. + Collaborate with the care team during treatment planning, discharge preparation, and daily huddles. + Participate in performance improvement initiatives and accreditation readiness. + Maintain therapy equipment and report any issues to ensure a safe environment. **What We’re Looking For** + Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program + Active PTA license in the State of Indiana + 1–2 years in a clinical setting preferred (new grads welcome!) + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to adapt to varying treatment loads and schedules + Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care **What We Offer to PRN PTAs** + Daily Pay + Retirement savings account + Employee referral incentive program **Why Saint Joseph Health System?** **At Saint Joseph, our values guide every decision we make.
