Job Overview: RWJBarnabas Health is looking to add a qualified full-time Physical Therapist Aide Lead in Bridgewater, NJ Qualifications: Required: + High School Diploma or GED equivalent required + CPR from AHA required Preferred: + Physical Therapy experience in an outpatient medical setting a plus + Basic anatomy and physiology terminology and previous aide or related experience Scheduling Requirement: + Day Shift, 40 hours/week + Full Time Schedule Essential Functions: + Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of aides + Performing inventory and ordering clinic supplies + Assisting physical therapists with patient care such as patient transfers onto and off of treatment tables and equipment + Maintain treatment area, general housekeeping, retrieving equipment such as hot packs, cold packs, electrical equipment + Assist in clerical needs of department such as answering phones and taking messages Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
