Job Description The physical therapist will provide direct patient care through evaluations, goal-setting, and age-appropriate treatment plans, while ensuring accurate documentation and billing. They educate patients and families, supervise support staff, contribute to departmental operations, and participate in training, safety procedures, and quality improvement initiatives. Therapists maintain professional standards, comply with HIPAA and infection control policies, and demonstrate compassionate, accountable, and respectful service aligned with Burke’s C.A.R.E.S. philosophy.
