Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist Recruiter is responsible for effectively recruiting top clinical talent for Athletico, including planning and implementing creative strategies to ensure staffing needs are fulfilled quickly and efficiently with quality hires. This role will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop workforce planning initiatives and develop strong pipelines to reduce time to fill for all positions. The recruiter is accountable for managing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as providing best practice advice to attract and retain talent and build the Athletico employer brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Subject matter expert for current TA processes. Identifies process efficiencies and makes recommendations for ongoing improvementManages recruitment procedures, processes and techniques for Resource Center and/or field positionsEstablishes and maintains partnerships with hiring managers to identify hiring needs & quality candidatesManages full life-cycle recruitment process for experienced clinical candidatesPlans and implements innovative, creative and pro-active sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelinesEvaluates various recruitment sources, such as social media, internet job boards or professional organizations and publications. Analyzes recruitment trends and prepares appropriate reports to assist in formulating recruitment strategiesResearches workforce trends and innovative recruitment techniquesProvides best practices and knowledge sharing across the teamAttends career fairs and other recruitment eventsMay serve as a Team Lead for field partners and Talent Acquisition team membersMay lead intervention meetings with field and Talent Acquisition partners, as appropriate, to understand local recruiting challenges and identify countermeasuresDevelop and maintain professional relationships with colleges & universities and diverse professional organizationsReview results of background checks and communicate issues accordinglyOversee maintenance of Company ATS and Onboarding systemCounsel and educate hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and system toolsEnsure that recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulationsManage special projects as neededCore Competencies:

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.Work Experience:5 years of experience in Human Resources or related fieldRecruitment and direct sourcing or equivalent experience within the Healthcare industry required / Physical Therapy preferredCertification/Licensure:Knowledge and Technical Skills:Expert knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting componentsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of job market, current trends and sourcing strategiesStrong understanding of the principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and onboardingLanguage Skills:
Ability to read, write and speak English proficientlyPhysical Demands:

Salaried ranges listed are for full time (40 hour) employees. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
