+ **Schedule:** Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday
+ **Hours:** 40 hours per week
+ **Shift:** 8am - 5pm 5x 8s
+ **Competitive Pay:** $60-$65 per hour(approx.$124,800 - $135,200 Annual Salary)

**Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
+ Perform Wound Mist Therapy treatments in compliance with state regulations and facility protocols.
+ Implement evidence-based wound care interventions, including offloading, compression therapy, debridement recommendations, and infection control measures.
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, and CA state healthcare regulations.
+ Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on wound care best practices and prevention strategies.
+ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
+ Monitor treatment efficacy and wound healing progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
+ Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
+ Stay up to date with current wound care advancements and participate in ongoing professional development.
**Qualifications & Requirements:**
+ New Grad Friend
+ 1 or more years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
+ Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing.
+ Active BLS Card Required AHA or ARC
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in wound care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing facility (preferred but not required).
+ Certification in wound care (e.g., WCC, CWS, CWPT) is a plus.
+ Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines for wound care services in skilled nursing facilities.
+ Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team.
+ Strong clinical reasoning, patient education, and documentation skills.
+ Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
