Tuesday - Saturday

 

Salary range: $80,080.00 - 108,804.80

 

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

This amazing opportunity is in the fast paced inpatient rehab setting with Medically Complex Team treating a wide variety of diagnosis including CVA, SCI, TBI, limb loss, LVAD, multi trauma, post COVID, critical illness medically complex populations. We are looking for weekdays and weekends.

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentTimely and accurate documentationInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
