Responsibilities BSW Rehab Fort Worth (Eastchase) is seeking a full time physical therapist to join our 2PT and 1 PSS team! We treat a wide variety of
conditions including post-operative recovery, sports related injuries, degenerative changes, chronic pain problems, vestibular rehab, and
REVITAL. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, motivated, and compassionate PT with the desire to learn and help the clinic grow


Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridgeInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
