Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation – Irving MacArthur is looking for a physical therapist interested in our TWU-BSWIR Women's Health Physical Therapy Residency with a passion for treating oncology, lymphedema and the women’s and men’s pelvic health population, including but not limited to pregnancy/postpartum, bowel/bladder dysfunction, pre-operative and post-operative needs, chronic pelvic pain, and other musculoskeletal needs. We are a multi-disciplinary and multi-specialty clinic that offers PT, OT, and Speech services. This clinic serves patients of all ages and offers an excellent opportunity for clinical growth and mentorship. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, organized, and flexible, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Previous experience is preferred but not required. We will support training to meet the needs of the position. New grads are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
