What we offer you! + 12% PRN differential pay + Additional weekend differential pay of $2.25/hour + 401(k) with generous employer match + Logan Health Fitness Center membership discount - 50% off + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) What you’ll do + Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, while addressing physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs. + Deliver evidence based on therapeutic interventions across a variety of acute care settings, including ICU, cardiac, and med/surg units. + Play a critical collaborative role in communication with physicians, nurses, care managers and other rehabilitation professionals. + Provide quality patient and family education and actively contribute to discharge planning. What we are looking for + Current Montana physical therapy license -or- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, with the ability to obtain a Montana physical therapy license within 30 days of hire. + Current HS AED CPR certification. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a team. + Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed. Shift: Day Shift - Variable Hours (United States of America) Schedule: PRN, scheduled as needed. Shifts are typically 8 hours from 8 am - 6 pm. Shifts are Monday - Friday with generally 1 weekend per month required. Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed. PRN positions (also referred to as Casual, As Needed, or Per Diem) at Logan Health offer flexibility and are designed to provide coverage during busy periods, employee absences, and vacations, making them an excellent opportunity to support the team as needed. PRN employees can participate in a matching 401(k) plan and have access to the Employee Assistance Program. Additionally, they may qualify for hourly differential pay for certain shifts or hours, offering extra compensation based on department-specific scheduling needs. Pay rates and scheduling practices may vary by department.
