**Description:**
Nazareth Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Therapy team in our Rehab Therapy Department!
Employment type: pool/per diem
Shift: At least two weekends shift a month, and one holiday per year.
The Physical Therapist performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of primarily outpatient therapy (inpatient therapy care as needed). Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral and under the supervision of the Senior Therapist/Team Lead Therapist.
Adheres to all hospital and department policies including but not limited to: infection control, performance improvement, billing procedures and scheduling. Assists in the supervision of Physical Therapy Assistants, students, aides and volunteers.
**Position Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Master's degree or Doctorate preferred.
+ Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of PA. BCLS certification required.
+ Strong communication, teamwork and time management skills.
+ Experience preferred.
Performs evaluations and implements treatment in all levels of care in inpatient therapy (acute care, ARU, and/or TCU). Delivers care in accordance with patient practice guidelines upon physician referral.
