Schedule: Monday-Friday

Compensation: starting at $90,000 annual salary (commensurate w/ experience)

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT schoolPelvic Health Experience in the last 3 yearsHerman Wallace Level 1 or equivalentValid State Physical Therapist licenseCPR certification

Preferred Qualifications:

Completed Pelvic Health Certification from Herman Wallace or APTA Additional Data
