Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics and Aquatics

Compensation: Starting at $80,000

At NovaCare Rehabilitation in Frederick, Maryland, we take pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are seeking a full-time physical therapist passionate about treating orthopedic, aquatic, and sports-medicine patients.
Our Thomas Johnson Court location features advanced equipment, including a Swim-X therapy pool and an Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill. The average caseload is 10–12 patients per day, and we welcome new graduates with on-site mentorship available to support professional growth.

Schedule: Full-time, 40-hour workweek with two evenings until 6:30 PM. No weekends.
Patient Care Model: One-hour evaluations (one-on-one) and 45-minute treatment sessions.
